Delivery & Returns
We want your furniture to arrive in perfect condition. This page explains how ordering, delivery and after-sales support work at Homex Furniture.
Placing an order
Orders are confirmed directly with our team on WhatsApp (0333-4537177), by phone or at our showroom. Before we start, we confirm the design, size, colour or fabric, final price, payment terms and delivery date with you.
Delivery
- Delivery within Lahore is free.
- Delivery to other cities is available on request. Charges depend on the location and size of the order and are confirmed before you order.
- Delivery time depends on whether the piece is in stock or made to order. We confirm the date when you order and keep you updated.
- Please make sure doorways, stairs and lifts can fit the furniture. Share measurements with us if you are unsure.
Checking your furniture
Please inspect your furniture when it is delivered. If anything is damaged or not as ordered, tell us straight away on WhatsApp with photos, and before the delivery team leaves if possible. We will arrange a repair or replacement for genuine damage or manufacturing faults.
Warranty
Our furniture comes with a warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the product. The warranty for your piece is confirmed when you order. It covers manufacturing faults and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from moisture or direct sunlight.
Returns and cancellations
- Many of our pieces are made to order in your chosen size and fabric, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once production has started.
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us as early as possible. Whether an advance can be refunded depends on how far the order has progressed; we will explain this clearly when you order.
- Colours and fabrics can look slightly different on screens. Ask for real photos or samples, or visit the showroom, if the exact shade matters.
Care
Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and moisture, clean fabric with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals on wood and polished finishes.
